Thunder Steel Manufacturing
A modern continuous-casting route is designed to produce cast squares and round billets with controlled automation and steel processing.
Molten steel is produced in an electric arc furnace, processed in a ladle furnace and, when required, treated in vacuum degassing before machine casting. The caster is equipped with electromagnetic stirring and controlled production systems.

Product information
The production route is based on Danieli equipment and automation, with capacity and dimensions selected for the required steel grade and finished product.
Cast squares, round billets, blooms and slabs are supplied for downstream rolling, forging and industrial production.
