Normally we offer subject to our final confirmation, subject to an undivided order and subject to being unsold. Price, delivery, inspection and payment conditions are agreed for each requirement.

Product information
Price is EXW, CPT, FOB or CFR (destination) according to Incoterms (latest edition). Legalisation and certification of documents are charged at cost if applicable.
Delivery time counts after receipt of workable L/C or advance payment. Inspection prior to shipment is final. Third-party inspection costs are for the buyer's account unless otherwise agreed.
