Product information
A strong permanent magnetic filter bar is fixed onto a framework. When iron or steel passes through, it attaches to the tube walls, protecting equipment and production. Standard bars are 25 mm in diameter, available up to 2500 mm in length, with special square bars by request.
Liquid magnet traps are designed for heavy-duty, large-volume liquid and semi-liquid line-flow systems. High-intensity rare-earth neodymium-iron-boron bars are housed in a 304 stainless-steel vessel, removing small contaminants without impeding flow.
The separators are suitable for angled chutes, ducts, spouts, conveyors, screens and feed trays. The arrangement supports clean product flow, safe equipment and product purity.
