During production, all cylinders are subject to hardness, ultrasonic, hydraulic, leak, dimensional, marking and surface-finish checks.
The design of Thunder cylinders uses specified calculation formulae together with finite element linear analysis. Production testing and design controls are applied to support safe pressure service.
